All our leather is hand picked. We choose leather that has some beautiful characteristics. Some of it looks distressed, some have great pullup and some even have striations and or brandings. All of the hides we pick are quality and gorgeous.

Before the birth of 9 Tails Creations, these were some of my earliest projects. I really wanted covers for my Hobonichi Weeks that I was carrying around so I made these Weeks covers and just kept making them. I didnt even really have a logo back then. All I had was a small leather stamp of an owl that I found at a local leather supply store so thats what I used as my little stamp. You might occasionally see my little owl show up on some of my later work.
